Dynamic resistance & life testing machine
Resistance & life of probe discriminates whether its performance good or bad. Currently the testing machine we use can record the curve of dynamic resistance and count testing trials. It also meets the qualification and inspection report.

As far as we concern for the automatic machine, It can not only increase working efficiency but also consist product quality. We do 100% inspection and get 100% yield from precise manufacturing process and inspection automatically.
X-Ray Plating Thickness Inspection Machine
We afford an X-Ray machine and not to stint about the cost even we only see this in plating factory in order to see the plating thickness to ensure the quality. Moreover, we can collect and benchmark plating thickness for custom-made product.
Precision CNC Lathe Machine
Now we own more than 40 CNC precision Lathe machines with turning 0.001mm precision to manufacture plunger, barrel and others. We well-control all processes to have precise delivery to our clients, and match up very well for both mass production and custom-made products.
Laser Marking
We provide laser marking service option on our product, it can mark on pattern or text in order to have a better recognition, exquisite feeling and high value. It makes our commercial product to an artwork.
Tempering furnace with belt conveyor
Hardness of plunger shows the life cycle and durability of a probe. It can’t get an optimized characteristic of specified material when doing heat-treated process with normal tempering furnace. It comes out a positive result as we wish from tempering furnace with belt conveyor.
High Multiple Microscope
Final excellent quality is mastered by in-process quality control, high multiple microscopes helps us to measure the critical parameter accurately. It also initiates good foundation of making a probe.
Spring Force Tester
As far as probe concerned, spring, is like the sole of human body, maters the loading force & life cycle of a probe. However, spring force maters the accuracy of testing result likewise. PC-based spring force tester helps R&D to get accurate data. Then we can positive result in the process of probe testing.
CNC Coiling Machine
MEC ,is a well-known coiling machine supplier in Japan, provided DC a superb production machine with high accuracy. Hardness Tester
We could offer different plunger base material basing on customer’s hardness demand.
Hardness is the resistance of a material to a local penetration, scratching, machining and yielding. We also verify the material hardness in house to assure the quality.
X-Ray Inspection System
To offer customer a better quality level product, we continuously apply more equipment in quality control and production. The Non-destructive inspection instruments utilize X-rays to penetrate materials and help our staff to analyze the finished product more effectively. Besides, we can offer the X-Ray service for customers.
Burn-in Testing Oven
Da-Chung's laboratories have probe high-temperature test machines, which can simulate the actual temperature of the probe to verify whether or not the probe design meets the needs of customers.
